Domestic Shipping
Shipments within Canada
Orders placed for delivery within Canada are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. We ship via UPS or DHL. We currently offer flat rate shipping at $12.00 USD for orders under $150.00 USD (after any discounts and before tax and shipping) and free shipping for orders of $150 USD or more (after any discounts and before tax and shipping).
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes (our carriers only deliver to residential and business street addresses).
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that will include a tracking number so you can track your package.
All orders placed after 12pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays we will be processed the next business day. In the event that restocking is required to fulfill your order, we will email you so that you may decide if you wish to proceed with the order.
Please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS as we cannot be responsible for addresses entered incorrectly during checkout.
International Shipping
Shipments to the United States
We offer flat rate shipping at $12.00 USD for orders under $150.00 USD (before promotions/discounts and tax) and free shipping for orders of $150 USD or more (before promotions/discounts and tax). Canadian taxes are not applicable to purchases shipped directly to international destinations.
Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient of the goods shipped to the United States.

Return policy
Firstly, thank you for your oder! We want you to be happy with your purchase! We will gladly offer a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order. Please email us at hello@loyaltonature.com detailing your request for a return.
If you would like to return a product for a refund during this period, please ensure that you meet the required conditions:
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product must not be worn or washed
- Product must not be damaged
- Product is free of scents/odours
- Original tags must be attached
Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Any product returned that does not meet the requirements may not qualify for a return.
If the above criteria has been met, we are happy to provide a full refund, less shipping charges, to the original payment method.

Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). We recommend purchasing insurance/tracking as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. We will not refund the shipping costs.
Please take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged, we may not be able to offer a refund.
Problems with your order
Defective items must be reported within 3 DAYS of the date the item was delivered.
